Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung & Know-how: Du hast eine Ausbildung als Kaufmann im Einzelhandel/Handelswirt (m/w/d) oder eine Weiterbildung zur Führungskraft im LEH.
  • Erfahrung: Fundierte Berufspraxis im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel und ein gutes Verständnis für das Vollsortiment bringst du mit.
  • Kommunikativ & empathisch: Du gehst wertschätzend mit deinem Team um und hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen.
  • Motiviert & offen: Du packst gerne mit an, bist freundlich, flexibel und hast Spaß am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln.
  • Organisationstalent: Du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und kannst andere motivieren.
