Wozu brauchen wir diese Stelle?

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unsere Niederlassung in Göttingen eine:n engagierte:n Kollegen:in als Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Disposition Landverkehre Charter.

Wie gestaltest du diese Stelle?

  • Du bist für die Disposition und Abwicklung von nationalen Charterpartien (Teil- und Komplettladungen) zuständig.
  • Du kaufst und verkaufst Laderaum für Charterpartien.
  • Du erfasst Aufträge im System und erstellst die Transportpapiere.
  • Du kalkulierst Frachten und arbeitest Angebote aus.
  • Du planst und beurteilst die Touren unter wirtschaftlichen Aspekten
  • Du steuerst die komplette Versandabwicklung und proaktive Sendungskontrolle.
  • Du bist Bindeglied zu Kunden, Partnern und Frachtführern.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.
  • Du bist sicher Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten
  • Du hast große Freude am Kundenkontakt.
  • Dein Kosten- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein ist sehr ausgeprägt.
  • Du verfügst über Organisationsgeschick, selbstständiges Arbeiten, Souveränität und Verbindlichkeit.
  • Du bist sehr kommunikationsstark und belastbar.

Es wäre schön, wenn du das auch noch kannst:

  • Du bist ein*e Teamplayer*in und hast Spaß an Kommunikation.
  • Du hast analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Du bist offen für die Arbeit mit digitalen Tools.
  • Du denkst und handelst sehr kundenorientiert.
