Wozu brauchen wir diese Stelle?

Als Teamleiter:in (m/w/d) in der Beschaffungslogistik bist du der Motor für effiziente und reibungslose Logistikprozesse. Du führst dein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch, koordinierst das operative Tagesgeschäft und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale entlang der gesamten Prozesskette. Gemeinsam sorgt ihr dafür, dass wir unseren Kunden den erstklassigen Service bieten, für den wir seit fast 100 Jahren stehen.

Wie gestaltest du diese Stelle?

  • In deinem Team der Beschaffungslogistik sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss innerhalb des Teams und zu den Führungskräften.
  • Neben deiner Leitungsfunktion unterstützt du das Team bei Bedarf im operativen Tagesgeschäft.
  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für fachliche Fragestellungen und Herausforderungen.
  • Die Personal- und Urlaubsplanung für dein Team verantwortest du eigenständig.
  • Relevante Ereignisse in der Beschaffungslogistik behältst du im Blick und kommunizierst diese proaktiv an Kunden und Partner.
  • Du steuerst die gesamte Beschaffungstransportkette von der Abholung bis zur Zustellung.
  • Zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich als Teamleitung gehören außerdem Controlling- und Reportingaufgaben.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb unterstützt du bei Ausschreibungen, Angeboten und Kundenbesuchen.
  • Die Implementierung neuer Kunden, Partner und Prozesse in der Beschaffungslogistik begleitest du aktiv.
  • Durch deine enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen stellst du effiziente Abläufe entlang der Beschaffungskette sicher.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann bzw. zur Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst Erfahrungen in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden sowie in Personalthemen wie Personaleinsatz- und Urlaubsplanung mit.
  • Führung liegt dir im Blut und du hast Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, dein Team weiterzuentwickeln und Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten.
  • Die Abläufe im Sammelgutverkehr und in der Beschaffungslogistik sind dir vertraut oder du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, dich schnell einzuarbeiten.
  • Der sichere Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen und Transportmanagementsystemen unterstützt dich bei deiner täglichen Arbeit.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse bringst du mit; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
