Unsere Kunden erwarten nicht nur zuverlässige Logistiklösungen, sondern auch persönliche Beratung und schnelle Unterstützung. Als Mitarbeiter:in im Sales Innendienst bist du eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, dem Vertriebsaußendienst und den operativen Fachbereichen. Du sorgst dafür, dass Anfragen professionell bearbeitet, Angebote erstellt und Kundenbeziehungen aktiv weiterentwickelt werden.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Fulda suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit.

Wie gestaltest du diese Stelle?

  • Du betreust unsere Bestandskunden telefonisch, digital und persönlich und bist erste Ansprechperson für ihre Anliegen.
  • Du unterstützt den Vertriebsaußendienst bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen.
  • Du erstellst Angebote, Präsentationen und vertriebsrelevante Unterlagen.
  • Du koordinierst Kundenanfragen und stimmst diese mit unseren operativen Fachbereichen ab.
  • Du pflegst und aktualisierst Kunden- und Vertriebsdaten in Salesforce.
  • Du identifizierst Kundenpotenziale und unterstützt aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Du begleitest Ausschreibungen, Kalkulationen und Preisanpassungen.
  • Du beobachtest Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen und bringst neue Impulse für unsere Vertriebsarbeit ein.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Kolleg:innen aus Vertrieb, Operations und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen.
  • Du sorgst mit deinem Engagement und deiner Serviceorientierung für ein positives Kundenerlebnis.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, im Vertriebsinnendienst oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld ist wünschenswert.
  • Du denkst kunden- und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du erkennst Chancen und Potenziale und handelst mit vertrieblichem Gespür.
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und treibst Verbesserungen aktiv voran.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und über Bereichsgrenzen hinweg.
  • Du fühlst dich in digitalen Arbeitsumgebungen wie MS Teams und CRM-Systemen wohl.
  • Du behältst auch in arbeitsintensiven Situationen den Überblick.
  • Du hast eine gute Organisation und priorisiert Anliegen, Anfragen und Aufgaben richtig.
