Wie gestaltest du diese Stelle?

  • Du nimmst die Schadenreklamationen unserer Kunden auf und erledigst die Vorbearbeitung für die Versicherungsabteilung
  • Du bearbeitest die Entladeberichte von unseren Partnern
  • Du erledigst die Sendungsnachfragen unserer Partner
  • Du bearbeitest die Reklamationen zu den Partner-Abholaufträgen
  • Du analysierst die Differenzen und Fehlerursachen in unseren Ausgangsendungen und leitest Maßnahmen zur Fehlerbehebung ein

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung – von Vorteil ist eine Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
  • Das Beherrschen von MS-Office-Produkten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Es wäre schön, wenn du das auch noch kannst:

  • Du hast Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Du kannst dich mit der Marke ZUFALL identifizieren und dies auch nach außen transportieren
  • Du magst es lebendig und kannst dabei gut mit Stress umgehen
  • Dir ist kunden- und kostenorientiertes Verhalten wichtig
  • Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich
