Wozu brauchen wir diese Stelle?

​​​​​​​​​​​​Im Zuge der Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Organisation bauen wir ein Center of Expertise (CoE) auf, in dem zentrale People-Themen gebündelt und strategisch weiterentwickelt werden.

Als Senior Manager Center of Expertise übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des CoE und gestaltest gemeinsam mit dem Director HR unsere zukünftige People-Agenda. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Personal-, Führungskräfte- und Organisationsentwicklung.

Wie gestaltest du diese Stelle?

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im Center of Expertise
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung unserer Führungskräfteentwicklung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Führungs- und Feedbackkultur
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Kompetenz-, Talent- und Nachfolgemanagement sowie unserer Learning-Architektur
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der CoE-Themen Compensation & Benefits, Gesundheitsmanagement, Ausbildung sowie HR-Systeme und -Digitalisierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR Business Partnern, Talent Acquisition und dem HR Service sowie Beratung des Director HR in strategischen People-Themen

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Mehrjährige fachliche und disziplinarische Führungserfahrung im HR-Umfeld, idealerweise in der Führung unterschiedlicher HR-Rollen und Kompetenzprofile
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung, idealerweise ergänzt um Leadership Development, Talent Management oder Organisationsentwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von HR-Instrumenten und in der Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen
  • Gutes Verständnis angrenzender HR-Themen und eines modernen HR-Operating-Models
  • Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Umsetzungsorientierung
  • Souveräne Kommunikation, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Experten und Stakeholder zusammenzuführen
