Um den Bereich Procurement / Beschaffungslogistik für Partner und Kunden ZUFALLweit zu verantworten, benötigen wir diese Position.

Wie gestaltest du diese Stelle?

  • Verantwortung der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung aller Abteilungen, die zum Bereich Beschaffung gehören und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Mitentwickeln, Abstimmen und Kommunizieren der Produktstrategien für das Teilprodukt Beschaffungslogistik in Abstimmung mit dem Head of Groupage/ LTL + Director Road Freight
  • Beobachten von Trends und Wettbewerbern und Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios
  • Organisation des Geschäftsbetriebs, sodass alle gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Pflichten eingehalten werden (Aushangpflicht, Mitteilungspflichten, Berichtspflichten, Genehmigungspflichten, Dokumentationspflichten, etc.)
  • Organisation der Speditionsprozesse des Geschäftsbereichs Beschaffungslogistik / Procurement im LV und Kontrolle der Prozesse auf Einhaltung in Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung OPEX
  • Entscheidung über die Anschaffung oder Austausch notwendiger Arbeitsmittel
  • Mitwirkung in Netzwerken und Kooperationen
  • Prüfen und Berücksichtigen der Anforderungen aus den Kooperationen

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Spedition, Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Logistik- und Speditionsumfeld mit entsprechender Weiterbildung und langjähriger Führungserfahrung.
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Führung von Führungskräften und größeren Organisationseinheiten sowie in der erfolgreichen Begleitung von Veränderungs- und Transformationsprozessen.
  • Strategisch und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Markt- und Branchentrends frühzeitig zu erkennen, Geschäftschancen abzuleiten und nachhaltige Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
  • Hohe Kompetenz in der standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit sowie im professionellen Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, Kooperationen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten.
  • Fundiertes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis mit Erfahrung in Budgetplanung, Kostensteuerung und der erfolgreichen Steuerung von Geschäftserfolg anhand relevanter Kennzahlen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie ERP-, Speditions- und Transportmanagementsystemen, ergänzt durch eine hohe digitale Affinität und Offenheit für moderne Technologien und datenbasierte Steuerungsinstrumente.
