Wozu brauchen wir diese Stelle?

Wir wachsen. Gestalte den neuen Lagerbereich in Kassel von Anfang an mit!

Der Standort Göttingen erweitert sein Umschlaglager und eröffnet einen zusätzlichen Lagerbereich in Kassel. Für den Aufbau und die Organisation des neuen Standorts suchen wir einen engagierten Teamleiter (m/w/d), der Verantwortung übernimmt und gemeinsam mit seinem Team den erfolgreichen Start sicherstellt.

Die Besetzung der Position erfolgt zunächst befristet bis zum 30.06.2027. Eine spätere dauerhafte Besetzung wird abhängig von der weiteren Standortentwicklung geprüft.

Wie gestaltest du diese Stelle?

  • Du leitest fachlich und disziplinarisch ein Team von bis zu 10 Mitarbeiter:innen.
  • Du überwachst und koordinierst die Betriebsabläufe.
  • Du schaust, ob die Prozesse optimiert werden können und sorgst für die Weiterentwicklung.
  • Die rechtlichen Richtlinien behältst Du ständig im Auge (z. B. Arbeitsschutz und Si­cherheitsvorschriften).
  • Du führst regelmäßig Mitarbeitergespräche und bist Ansprechpartner:in für dein Team und Führungskräfte.
  • Du scheust dich nicht davor mit anzupacken und am operativen Geschäft teilzunehmen, wenn wir Auftragsspitzen abarbeiten müssen.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

Du kannst nicht nur „Theorie“, vielmehr kennst du das „Leben auf der Halle“.

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung
  • Führungserfahrung im Lager- oder Umschlagsbereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Umschlags- und Lagerlogistik (Stückgut, Cross-Docking, Warenein-/-ausgang)
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Schichtsteuerung gewerblicher Mitarbeitender
  • Sicher im Umgang mit KPIs sowie in der Steuerung von Produktivität, Qualität und Durchlaufzeiten
  • Ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Arbeits-, Betriebs- und Ladungssicherheit
  • Erfahrung mit Lager-IT, Scanntechnik und modernen Tools (MS Office 365, TMS/YMS)
  • Ein Staplerschein und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Flurförderzeugen
