Wie gestaltest du diese Stelle?

  • Eigenständige Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Versandaufträge
  • Erstellung von Versand-, Export-, Zoll- und Rechnungsdokumenten
  • Organisation von Luft-, See-, Landfracht- und KEP-Sendungen
  • Kommunikation mit Kundenservice, Speditionen und Dienstleistern
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Transportabläufen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung unserer Versandprozesse

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise im Bereich Spedition, Industrie, Groß- und Außenhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger und Bewerber mit passenden Erfahrungen aus verwandten Bereichen sind willkommen.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationsgeschick
  • Freude an internationalen Logistikprozessen
