Diese Stelle ist dazu da, Sendungsverläufe zu recherchieren und proaktiv unsere Partner mit Leistung zu verwöhnen.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n engagierte Kollegen/Kollegin in Vollzeit als Sachbearbeiter*in (m/w/d) für unseren Bereich Landverkehre - Eingang Service in Fulda.

Wie gestaltest du diese Stelle?

  • Du bist für den Service und die Recherche im Bereich Landverkehre Eingang verantwortlich.
  • Genauer gesagt:Du überwachst die Sendungsverläufe auf Qualität, Differenzen und Zustellhindernissen. Du bearbeitest Schadensmeldungen, dazu gehört auch der Austausch mit unseren Speditionspartnern und Kunden*innen.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Sammelgutverkehr gesammelt und weißt wie die Abläufe funktionieren
  • Wir freuen uns über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d)
  • Quereinsteiger*innen sind natürlich ebenso willkommen
  • Du bewahrst auch in herausfordernden Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und überzeugst durch eine strukturierte sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein professioneller Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern zeichnen dich aus

Es wäre schön, wenn du das auch noch kannst:

  • Du solltest Deutsch (mind. C1) und Englisch (B1) lesen, verstehen und sprechen können, um mit deinem Team und unseren Kunden zu kommunizieren und mit unseren Systemen zu arbeiten. Wunderbar wären noch weitere Kenntnisse anderer westeuropäischer Sprachen.
