Wozu brauchen wir diese Stelle?

Damit alles rundläuft, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior Manager Pallet (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die standortübergreifende fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Leitungskräfte vor Ort und sorgst mit Ihnen gemeinsam für effiziente, transparente und wirtschaftliche Prozesse rund um unsere Lademittel.

Wie gestaltest du diese Stelle?

  • Du führst die Leitungskräfte der Standorte im Bereich Lademittel fachlich und disziplinarisch.
  • Du entwickelst die unternehmensweite Strategie für unser Lademittelmanagement weiter und stellst einen wirtschaftlichen sowie effizienten Einsatz von Europaletten, Gitterboxen und weiteren Ladungsträgern sicher.
  • Du behältst unsere Lademittelbestände und -konten jederzeit im Blick, analysierst Abweichungen und leitest Maßnahmen zur Klärung und Reduzierung von Differenzen ein.
  • Du optimierst bestehende Prozesse, etablierst einheitliche Standards und treibst die Digitalisierung im Lademittelmanagement aktiv voran.
  • Du bist der Koordinator für den Ausgleich der Lademittel und steuerst relevante Kennzahlen, identifizierst Einsparpotenziale und reduzierst Bestandskosten, Schwund und Kapitalbindung nachhaltig.
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Niederlassungen, Kunden, Partner, Unternehmer und Fachbereiche und arbeitest eng mit allen Beteiligten zusammen.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Logistik- bzw. Speditionsumfeld.
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Speditions- und Logistikbranche.
  • Reisebereitschaft.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit logistischen Kennzahlen sowie Erfahrung in Budget- und Ergebnisverantwortung.
  • Gute Kenntnisse relevanter IT-Anwendungen, ERP-Systeme und digitaler Logistikprozesse.
  • Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen sowie des Arbeitsrechts im Führungsalltag.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen aktiv voranzutreiben und Teams erfolgreich zu führen.

Die Position kann an einem unserer Road Freight Standorte besetzt werden, insbesondere in Göttingen, Fulda, Nohra oder Haiger.
