Du bist Performance Marketer:in und liebst es, mit klaren Zielen, KPIs und Budgets echte Wirkung zu erzielen? Paid Social ist dein Zuhause – inklusive Strategie, Creatives, Targeting und Iteration? Du berätst Kund:innen souverän, proaktiv und auf Augenhöhe?

Dann suchen wir dich als Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) für unser Adfriends-Team!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die strategische Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Performance-Marketing-Strategien für unsere Kund:innen - mit klarem Schwerpunkt auf Paid Social
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen im Bereich Performance Marketing, berätst vorausschauend und leitest sicher durch Entscheidungen
  • Du verantwortest die Analyse und das Performance-Reporting der Kampagnen und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für Kund:innen und interne Stakeholder ab
  • Du erkennst eigenständig Optimierungspotenziale, entwickelst Test-Setups und setzt diese strukturiert um
  • Du teilst dein Wissen in internen Schulungen und Kund:innen-Workshops und bringst neue Trends, Plattformen und Kampagnenansätze aktiv in unsere Projekte ein

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Performance- oder Online-Marketing – mit starkem Fokus auf Paid Social
  • Du bist sehr sicher in der Umsetzung und Optimierung von Paid-Social-Kampagnen und nutzt die gängigen Ad- und Business-Tools routiniert und strategisch
  • Du bringst ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Tracking-Grundlagen mit und arbeitest datenbasiert mit KPIs und Budgets
  • Du bist stark in der Beratung: professionell, empathisch, strukturiert – und machst aus Daten klare Empfehlungen
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits erste fachliche Führungserfahrung gesammelt
  • Du denkst kanalübergreifend, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert – und bleibst auch in dynamischen Phasen handlungsfähig
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
