Assistentin der Geschäftsführung (m/w/d) – Vollzeit, Neuhausen auf den Fildern

Die Person, mit der hier nach 3 Wochen niemand mehr weiß, wie es vorher ohne sie ging. Offiziell Assistenz. Inoffiziell die, die den Laden zusammenhält.

Wir sind ein inhabergeführtes Familienunternehmen im EDEKA Verbund mit aktuell 160 Mitarbeitern. Wir wachsen weiter und dabei brauche ich deine Hilfe. Die Lage: Ich habe mehr Baustellen als Kopf. Eine davon ist eine echte Baustelle. Du sollst das ändern.

Warum du das willst:

• Du sitzt mit am Tisch, nicht vor der Tür. Du bekommst die Infos, die ich auch habe. Sonst könntest du nicht mitdenken, und dann wäre diese ganze Anzeige sinnlos.

• Du darfst entscheiden. Was genau, legen wir am ersten Tag fest. Es wird mehr, je öfter du gezeigt hast, was du drauf hast.

• Du baust mit uns Super-Märkte. Nicht nur im übertragenen Sinn. Projekte bei denen man ein Ergebnis sieht.

• Kurze Wege. Zwischen Idee und Umsetzung liegt bei uns nur ein “Ok, go”, kein Freigabeprozess mit sieben Unterschriften.

• Die Stelle wächst mit dir. Weiterbildung, mehr Verantwortung, mehr Mandat. Assistenz ist hier kein Endbahnhof.

• Planbare Zeiten. Wir sind Handel, aber du stehst nicht samstags an der Kasse. Es sei denn, du willst verstehen was da passiert. Dann reden wir.

Dein Job:

Ehrlich? Keine Ahnung. Du findest selbst heraus, wie du mich mit Blick auf unsere Unternehmensziele am besten unterstützt. Damit du nicht völlig im Dunkeln startest, hier die grobe Richtung:

• Du bist mein ausgelagertes Gehirn. Du erinnerst, speicherst und denkst mit. Idealerweise bist du mir einen Schritt voraus.

• Du hältst mir den Rücken frei. Termine, Anfragen, Posteingang. Wer zu mir durchkommt, entscheidest du. Freundlich, aber bestimmt.

• Du sorgst dafür, dass die Kommunikation flutscht. Zwischen Geschäftsführung, Zentrale und den Märkten. Jeder weiß, was von ihm erwartet wird, und bis wann.

• Du führst Projekte selbst. Du hälst die Fäden zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass die Ziele erreicht werden.

• Du bist ein Aufgabenmagnet. Du nimmst dir deine Aufgaben und sagst mir sehr deutlich, was NICHT mein Job ist.

• Du automatisierst dich selbst weg. Was die Technik kann, macht die Technik. Du machst, was die Technik nicht kann.

Wer du bist:

• Keine Trantüte. Du bist immer freundlich und positiv. Ich muss mich nicht schämen, wenn du in meinem Namen kommunizierst. Eher im Gegenteil.

• Zuverlässig wie japanische Züge. NICHT wie die Deutschen. Ich kann mich zu 100% auf dich verlassen, du tust was du sagst.

• Technikaffin und selbstständig. Du klickst dich selbst zur Lösung, ich muss nicht deinen Drucker anschließen. KI läuft bei dir.

• Du widersprichst. Wenn ich falsch liege, sagst du es. Gern höflich, ist aber optional.

• Humorvoll. Du verträgst eine Menge schlechter Witze, direkte Sprache und kommst auch mit Memes als Antwort klar. Bonuspunkte, wenn ein besseres Meme zurückkommt.

• Du kannst Englisch: Manchmal fehlt mir das deutsche Wort, wär gut, wenn du das Englische verstehst.

• Du hörst am liebsten „Passt, machen.“

Woher du kommst, ist uns ziemlich egal: Konzern, Kanzlei, Agentur oder direkt aus Ausbildung/Studium. Was du schon zum Laufen gebracht hast, sagt uns mehr als jedes Zeugnis.

Das Kleingedruckte:

• Benefits und Sonderzahlungen haben wir auch. Wenn du einen Obstkorb im Office willst, organisierst du ihn – wir sitzen an der Quelle.

• Gehalt: Eine zwei Sekunden Internetrecherche hat ergeben: Einstieg bei 45.000 – 55.000 €/p.a., überzeuge mich gerne davon, dass du mehr Wert schaffen kannst.

• Team: Haben wir ein tolles, ohne dich kann es aber schwer “das Beste” sein.
