Serviceleiter/in 100 %

Als Serviceleiter/in übernehmen Sie eine zentrale in der Organisation und Abwicklung unserer Serviceleistungen. Sie koordinieren unser zugeteiltes Serviceportfolio, führen Mitarbeitende und stellen eine fachgerechte, termingerechte und wirtschaftliche Ausführung der Aufträge sicher. Dabei sind Sie eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Mitarbeitenden, Lieferanten und internen Stellen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Führung \& Organisation

  • Fachliche Führung und Betreuung der Servicemitarbeitenden
  • Koordination und Terminierung des zugeteilten Serviceportfolios
  • Organisation und Koordination des Pikettdienstes für die Stadt Bern
  • Mitsprache und Mitwirkung bei der Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeitender

Kunden\- \& Auftragsabwicklung

  • Erstellung von Offerten
  • Abwicklung und Betreuung von Wartungsverträgen
  • Erstellung und Kontrolle von Ausmassen und Abrechnungen

Material \& Logistik

  • Lagerbewirtschaftung und Kontrolle der Lagerbestände
  • Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten Materialverfügbarkeit für die laufenden Aufträge

Administration \& Controlling

  • Kontrolle und Freigabe der Stundenrapporte
  • Kontrolle der Auftragsunterlagen und Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen Dokumentation

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Sanitärinstallateur EFZ, Weiterbildung Servicekurs I \+ II und Chefmonteur Sanitär von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Service\- und Projektbereich
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden, Mitarbeitenden, Lieferanten und Geschäftspartnern
  • Erfahrung im Offertwesen, in der Auftragsabwicklung, im Ausmass und in der Rechnungsstellung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
