Basis unserer Arbeit sind seither eingehende Gespräche und eine umfassende Risiko-, Markt- und Situationsanalyse. Erst danach erhalten unsere KundInnen ein individuelles Gesamtkonzept, maßgeschneidert für ihre Bedürfnisse.

Für unser Büro in Wolfsberg suchen wir 1 Innendienstmitarbeiter_in im Maklerbereich GEBOTEN WIRD:

* Langfristige Anstellung auf Vollzeitbasis

* Arbeitsort: 9400 Wolfsberg

* Arbeitsbeginn: ab November 2026

* Rahmenarbeitszeit: Montag - Donnerstag 7:00 - 17:00 Uhr und Freitag 7:00 - 14:00 Uhr

IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Abwicklung täglicher KundInnen- und VersichererInnen-Korrespondenzen im KFZ- und Sachbereich

* KundInnenbetreuung im Frontoffice

* KundInnenbeziehungen pflegen

* Erfassen und Bearbeiten von Anfragen und Aufträgen

* Angebotserstellung

* Vertragskontrollen sowie Risikoanlayse

* Ausarbeitung und Aufbereitung der Verkaufsunterlagen/ Terminvorbereitungen

* Datenpflege

IHR PROFIL:

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HAK, Lehre etc.) mit Praxis aus dem Versicherungs- oder Bankenbereich

* Serviceorientierung

* sehr organisierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Eigeninitiative

* sehr genaues und konzentriertes Arbeiten

* Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office und Outlook

* Zahlenverständnis

* Kommunikationsstärke

* Kontaktfreude
