The posting

Arbetsuppgifter i Frödinge Vi söker produktionsoperatörer till våra produktionslinjer av tårtor, kladdkakor, pajer och bakelser. Arbetet sker främst på produktions- och förpackningslinjer och omfattar 2-skifts arbete, måndag--fredag. All fryst produktion sker på linje, där största delen är automatiserat. Linjepersonalen övervakar, fyller på råvaror, justerar och bygger om vid sortbyte. Slutprodukten packas i förpackningsmaskiner, och förs in på fryslager. Flödeskedjan och rutinerna för alla detaljer och skillnader mellan våra produktsorter bygger på gediget ansvarstagande, och noggranna arbetsmetoder. Avvikelser kan både innebära risker för verksamheten såväl som konsument som ska äta det vi producerat. Därför är kvalitet, hygien och rutiner våra främsta styrkor och viktigaste prioriteringar i vårt dagliga arbete.

Kvalifikationer Du, som har ett tekniskt intresse, gillar noggrannhet och team-work och vill ha en arbetsplats där det handlar om ditt intresse, och engagemang, för att vidga dina kompetenser och din utveckling – och samtidigt arbeta i en ren och ”väldoftande” anläggning – då ska du kontakta oss! Vi ser gärna att du har någon erfarenhet från linje-produktion, processtyrd verksamhet eller industriell produktion. Har du en teknisk utbildning, industriteknik och/eller livsmedelsteknik i din meritlista, är det ett extra plus. Har du förarbevis på ledstaplare, eller t o m motvikts-truck, är det bra – men vi förser dig med den utbildning du behöver här i Frödinge. Vi kommer löpande tillsätta nya medarbetare efter behov, med omgående start. Körkort B*** är en stor fördel.
