Du arbeitest gerne operativ mit und verstehst es, Menschen, Standorte und Projekte erfolgreich zu koordinieren. Fürunseren Hauptsitz in Goldach SG suchen wir eine/n Senior IT Specialist / Local IT Lead. In dieser Funktion stellst du unsere lokale IT\-Infrastruktur sicher und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT\-Landschaft aktiv mit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der lokalen IT\-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerk und Produktionssysteme) sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs der gesamten IT
  • Personelle und fachliche Führung des lokalen IT\-Teams
  • Analyse und Behebung komplexer IT\-Störungen im Level 2/3 Support
  • Administration von Active Directory, Microsoft 365 und Sicherheitslösungen sowie IT\-Asset Management
  • Zusammenarbeit mit globalen IT\-Teams und externen Partnern sowie Mitarbeit an IT\-Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb von Server\-, Netzwerk\-, und Cloud\-Umgebungen sowie System Engineering
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft\-Technologien wie Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online
  • Erfahrung mit IT\-Service\-Management\-Prozessen und Incident\-Management
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte sowie dienstleistungs\- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations\- und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch und/oder Italienisch von Vorteil
