· Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and recurring performance readouts that provide visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, conversion, sales productivity, and revenue performance.

· Support sales compensation administration through reporting, validation of closed business, and reconciliation of performance data against established compensation plans.

· Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing on ad hoc analysis related to revenue performance, pipeline development, sales effectiveness, and growth initiatives.

· Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting, workflows, data collection, and recurring Revenue Operations processes.

· Help establish consistent metrics, definitions, documentation, and operating practices as Frontline builds its Revenue Operations capability.

Key Competencies

· Curiosity and confidence to ask questions, investigate variances, and challenge assumptions constructively.

· Strong communication skills and comfort presenting findings to Sales, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders.

· High degree of ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
