Frontline is entering a significant period of growth, with an expanding programme portfolio and an increasing need for high-quality data, reporting and insight to support programme delivery, contractual requirements and organisational decision-making.

To support Frontline's growing programmes and wider data capability, we are recruiting a Data Officer to join our newly established Data and Business Intelligence function.

Working closely with Evaluation, Programme Management, Salesforce and Operations colleagues, the team will develop and maintain reporting solutions, improve data quality, support performance monitoring and help establish consistent approaches to data governance across the organisation.

Working alongside the Data Governance and Business Intelligence Lead, the Data Officer will support the management, quality and reporting of programme data across Frontline. The postholder will help maintain reporting solutions, undertake data validation and quality assurance activities, investigate data discrepancies and support the production of accurate, trusted and accessible information.

The role offers the opportunity to help shape a new function, contribute to the development of Frontline's data capability and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
