Who you are:

As an AI Automation Engineer II, you believe in the power of AI. You’ll play an important role in the development, design, and deployment of AI solutions to ensure the quality and stability in our systems and workflows. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure that the technology is performing optimally and meets our high standards. What you’ll do:

  • Design and deploy AI automation solutions across multiple interrelated systems
  • Develop reusable prompts, workflows, copilots, and intelligent process automations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AI performance, integration, and automation issues
  • Improve automation coverage and operational efficiency through AI technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases and success metrics
  • Participate in governance and risk reviews for AI solutions
  • Experience optimizing token usage and tracking LLM API costs
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of AI, automation, software engineering, or related experience
  • Experience with Python and AI orchestration frameworks
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases for data extraction and storage
  • Experience integrating APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms
  • Knowledge of responsible AI and model evaluation practices
  • Familiarity with vector embeddings and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar LLM orchestration tools
  • Proven ability to design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
  • Knowledge of ML concepts and understanding

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, vector databases, and cloud services
