  • Maintain detailed operational logs and audit-ready documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve teleoperation interfaces, alerting systems, and workflow efficiency.
  • Support integration of new robotic platforms, firmware updates, and teleoperation software releases.

Required Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in technical operations, robotics, teleoperation, or real-time systems management. - 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

Experience working with: * Remote control interfaces or joystick/gamepad systems * Multi-camera video feeds and live monitoring tools * Incident management or ticketing systems * Strong understanding of real-time system constraints (latency, bandwidth, reliability). * Demonstrated ability to lead in high-availability (24/7 or shift-based) environments.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
