The posting

Garantizar el control integral de los proyectos desde la recepción de la Orden de Compra (OC) hasta la cobranza final, registrando y actualizando en el ERP los hitos, las horas y los costos; detectando desviaciones a tiempo; y asegurando que toda la documentación y los materiales necesarios fluyan sin contratiempos para que el equipo de Operaciones cumpla plazos y presupuestos.

Condiciones:

  • Trabajo Lunes a Viernes de 8 a 18 hs
  • Modalidad presencial

Responsabilidades

  • Registrar proyectos y milestones en el ERP (Odoo).
  • Dar seguimiento a horas planeadas vs. ejecutadas y emitir alertas de desviación.
  • Mantener actualizado el presupuesto de materiales y generar requisiciones en costo y tiempo.
  • Elaborar reportes KPI (avance, horas, costos, cashflow) y presentarlos semanalmente.
  • Controlar archivos de OC, actas de aceptación, evidencias de avance y facturas.
  • Coordinar con Compras, Almacén y Finanzas para garantizar flujo continuo hasta la cobranza.
  • Administrar el dashboard de proyectos para visibilidad de la dirección.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería: Industrial, Administración de Proyectos, Mecatrónica o afín.
  • 2 + años en soporte administrativo de proyectos industriales, EPC o construcción.
  • Manejo intermedio-avanzado de ERP (Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, etc.) y Excel.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Project Management (PMBOK, EVM, WBS).
  • Inglés intermedio para lectura de manuales y reportes.
  • Alta atención al detalle, habilidad analítica y comunicación efectiva.
