Job Description El/la Administrador/a de Contrato es responsable del íntegro desarrollo y entrega del servicio, la programación, control de costos y cumplimiento de los hitos, seguridad del personal a cargo, equipos e instalaciones, siendo el representante de la empresa ante el mandante. Además, deberá proponer mejoras de acuerdo con experiencias previas en proyectos similares. Responsabilidades del Cargo Administrar el contrato haciendo uso de los recursos, personas y materiales de modo eficiente y de una forma segura, respetando las políticas medioambientales, bajo los estándares de la empresa y creando valor agregado al proceso operacional. Elaborar y gestionar información relevante del contrato, para requerimientos internos o visitas externas. Resolver dudas técnicas y administrativas frente al mandante, velando por el cumplimiento de las bases técnicas, plazos, formatos y condiciones estipuladas. Identificar riesgos de la operación que puedan afectar los rendimiento y proponer medidas de mitigación. Resolver situaciones en terreno para asegurar la continuidad operacional según programas de trabajo. Control, seguimiento y presentación de indicadores de gestión según sea requerido por la Mandante y/o su jefatura. Lidera la relación con su contraparte en terreno asegurando cumplir con todos los requisitos y necesidades. Cumplir y velar que se cumplan las condiciones de seguridad y de operación de los equipos, mediante el cumplimiento de los protocolos operacionales, para asegurar la continuidad de los procesos con el mínimo impacto en los costos y medio ambiente. Informar los desvíos operacionales, accidentes o incidentes ocurridos con prontitud a su mando superior. Conducir vehículo liviano de la compañía, eventualmente según los requerimientos de la operación en terreno. Informa a su jefatura directa o indirecta de defectos o fallas, condición insegura o sub- estándar en herramientas o instalaciones, que puede ser causa de lesiones a las personas o daño al equipo e instalaciones. Debe participar activamente en la verificación de ART/AST antes de cada jornada de trabajo, como también verificar los check-list generados. Reportar desviaciones y solicitar al área de operaciones sean corregidas. Cumple con el Reglamento Interno de Orden, Higiene y Seguridad. Debe cuidar y hacer uso obligatorio de sus elementos de protección personal, además de hacer cumplir el uso de ellos a su personal a cargo. Garantiza el orden y limpieza de las instalaciones, mediante el uso de recursos a su alcance. Participar activamente en temáticas de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente vigentes en la compañía, como en la del mandante, a fin de evitar accidentes, lesiones e impactos negativos al medio ambiente y cumplir la normativa local. Actuando ante un evento no deseado en cumplimiento de la ley y de los lineamientos de la organización asociados a la ética y políticas. Requisitos del cargo: - Título profesional en Ingeniería en Civil, Ingeniero ejecución en Minas, Civil en Minas, Geología o carrera afín. - Al menos 10 años de experiencia en actividades similares, donde al menos 8 años sean de experiencia en la administración de contratos de ejecución de sondajes geotécnicos en la gran minería o contratos afines. -Control del proyecto -Experiencia en terreno - Experiencia en minería y gran minería.
