Job Description 1. Supervisar y ejecutar exploraciones de campo en terreno y la obtención de muestras para ensayos. 2. Recolectar datos e información sobre proyectos geotécnicos. 3. Supervisar y ejecutar muestreos, ensayos en terreno y laboratorio e instrumentación según normas y procedimientos. 4. Elaborar y presentar los reportes diarios digitales sobre la perforación y ejecución de ensayos e instalación de instrumentación. 5. Supervisar el cumplimiento del sistema de gestión interno de la compañía. 6. Manejo de bases técnicas del proyecto. 7. Apoyar gestiones administrativas en terreno, en especial las del administrador de contrato. 8. Facilitar los recursos del personal a cargo. 9. Apoyar, en oficina y terreno, la realización general de los proyectos. 10. Programar recursos para la organización diaria, semanal y mensual. 11. Control el rendimiento de los equipos y advertir las desviaciones del cada uno de los frentes. 12. Responsable de la confección y mantención en condiciones óptimas de limpieza y orden de las plataformas de sondaje. 13. Informar y planificar en función a la ejecución de ensayos, dando aviso oportuno a su jefatura para la entrega con tiempo de insumos evitando demoras o detención de la operación. 14. En casos donde se requiera y previa autorización deberá manejar fondos de la empresa los cuales debe controlar y rendir en los plazos que sean indicados, siempre optimizando los mismos. 15. Mantener documentación al día tanto de personal como de equipos que están bajo su cargo. 16. Conducir vehículos de la compañía cuando el Jefe de terreno o administrador de contrato se lo solicite, dentro de su jornada laboral y para tareas relacionadas a la faena. 17. Relacionarse con el cliente siendo la cara visible de la empresa y levantar las desviaciones encontradas. 18. Distribuye personal para el uso correcto y adecuado de los recursos. 19. Controla la calidad de los frentes asignados. 20. Mantiene el estándar de seguridad durante todos los procesos de la operación. 21. Informa a su jefatura directa o indirecta de defectos o fallas, condición insegura o sub- estándar en herramientas o instalaciones, que puede ser causa de lesiones a las personas o daño al equipo e instalaciones. 22. Debe participar activamente en la verificación de ART/AST antes de cada jornada de trabajo, como también verificar los check-list generados. 23. Reportar desviaciones y solicitar al área de operaciones sean corregidas. 24. Cumple con el Reglamento Interno de Orden, Higiene y Seguridad. 25. Debe cuidar y hacer uso obligatorio de sus elementos de protección personal, además de hacer cumplir el uso de ellos a su personal a cargo. 26. Garantiza el orden y limpieza de las instalaciones, mediante el uso de recursos a su alcance. 27. Participar activamente en temáticas de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente vigentes en la compañía, como en la del mandante, a fin de evitar accidentes, lesiones e impactos negativos al medio ambiente y cumplir la normativa local. 28. Actuando ante un evento no deseado en cumplimiento de la ley y de los lineamientos de la organización asociados a la ética y políticas. Cumplir con las actividades de liderazgo QHSSE. 29. Supervisar el cumplimiento de normas y programas QHSSE y retroalimentar al personal. Implementar y mantener el SGI en su área. Entrenar al personal nuevo en labores propias del cargo y procedimientos de trabajo seguro. 30. Elaborar reporte preliminar e investigación de incidentes, comunicar a partes interesadas, implementar acciones correctivas/preventivas y realizar seguimiento.
