Responsabilidades:

• Auxiliar o Barge no atendimento às solicitações do cliente, contribuindo com o planejamento, organização e execução das atividades, sempre sob orientação e supervisão.

• Colaborar na definição de procedimentos operacionais específicos, participando das discussões com os responsáveis das áreas envolvidas, incluindo o comandante da embarcação, com o objetivo de compreender e aplicar corretamente os processos.

• Acompanhar e apoiar a equipe a bordo ou no ROC, ajudando a garantir que os procedimentos operacionais da empresa sejam seguidos, e buscando aprendizado contínuo sobre as rotinas e boas práticas.

• Dar suporte ao Barge na coordenação das atividades das equipes, incluindo prestadores de serviços terceirizados, contribuindo com sugestões e auxiliando na identificação de possíveis melhorias ou dificuldades operacionais.

• Ajudar a manter o Barge e o cliente informados sobre o andamento das operações durante o turno, repassando informações relevantes de forma clara e objetiva.

• Contribuir para manter a equipe atualizada sobre as operações em andamento e as programações futuras, promovendo a comunicação e o alinhamento entre os envolvidos.

• Auxiliar na elaboração do Registro Diário de Ocorrências (RDO), garantindo que as informações sejam registradas de forma precisa e organizada, servindo de apoio para o faturamento e controle das atividades.

• Apoiar na elaboração de relatórios técnicos das operações realizadas, desenvolvendo habilidades de análise e documentação técnica.

• Comunicar prontamente quaisquer desvios ou riscos identificados, seguindo os protocolos estabelecidos e contribuindo para a segurança e integridade das operações.

QSSMS:

• Participar ativamente e promover melhorias no sistema de QSSMS da empresa.

• Ser ponto focal no processo contínuo de melhoria e nos princípios da gestão do SGI.

• Seguir e garantir que a equipe siga os procedimentos e políticas da empresa incluindo o código de conduta.

• Realizar e garantir que a equipe realize os treinamentos obrigatórios de QSSMS (e-learning e presenciais) dentro dos prazos solicitados.

• Promover o comportamento e ambiente seguro a bordo da embarcação

• Implementar o programa HOC a bordo da embarcação, assegurando que todos os desvios sejam registrados.

• Emitir e realizar tratamento de HOC Cards.

• Realizar auditorias comportamentais conforme meta estabelecida.

• Realizar inspeções de QSSMS a bordo da embarcação ou ROC, exercendo seu papel de liderança visível.

• Auxiliar na implementação / manutenção de programas para parar o trabalho quando não seguro, enfatizando junto a sua equipe a importância do programa.

• Participar do processo de investigação e comunicar os incidentes ao fiscal e gerente de projeto, imediatamente após o ocorrido.

• Participar do desenvolvimento do plano e análise de riscos de QSSMS.

• Assegurar a utilização das ferramentas de SMS (APR, AST, PT, TBT, etc) a bordo da embarcação ou ROC.

• Usar e assegurar que a equipe usa o EPI conforme exigido no local, conservando-o em bom estado e solicitando substituição, quando necessário.

• Aprovar solicitação de troca de EPI fora do prazo estipulado.

• Auxiliar na implementação do procedimento de Disciplina Operacional
