The posting

Als Production Safety Engineer ga je aan de slag op onze site FFEM in Zwijndrecht, vlak naast de E34. Je zal nauw samenwerken met ons uitgebreid dynamisch team van EH&S medewerkers. Samen met je collega’s sta je in voor het opbouwen, onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van tal van compliance topics.

JOBOMSCHRIJVING

  • Samen met de collega’s van het EHS team ben je betrokken bij het opvolgen en implementeren van wetgeving omtrend product veiligheid. Dit omvat oa wetgeving over zorgwekkende stoffen, product registraties, CLP, POP verordening, RoHs, ...
  • Je brengt structuur in alle compliance gerelateerde informatie om zodoende deze toegankelijk te maken voor reviews en audits, voor zowel interne als externe partijen,
  • Je volgt de registratie van nieuwe en bestaande stoffen op om te voldoen aan REACH en vergelijkbare regelgeving. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met collega’s in het buitenland, consultants en technische experten,
  • Je verzorgt de rapportages die nodig zijn binnen het domein van productveiligheid,
  • Je behandelt klantvragen over product compliance en ondersteunt de businessafdeling bij compliance gerelateerde onderwerpen.,
  • Je beoordeelt grondstoffen en afgewerkte producten in het kader van de REACH-voorschriften. Je verwerkt de bevindingen en werkt nauw samen met de aankoopafdeling om compliance bij leveranciers te waarborgen.,
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen op het gebied van compliance en verzorgt waar nodig interne communicatie en trainingen,
  • Je communiceert met en neemt deel aan vergaderingen van sectorverenigingen waarbij significante items worden uitgelicht om intern te bespreken.
  • Master diploma in een (bio) chemische richting met minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een compliance omgeving,
  • Ervaring met Europese productregelgeving en in het bijzonder REACH en CLP. Ervaring met internationale productregelgeving is een plus
  • Vloeiende communicatie in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Nauwkeurige werker
  • Analytische mindset en efficiënte communicator,
  • Problem solver, klantgericht, georganiseerd en gestructureerd
  • Zelfstandige werker met gezonde teamspirit.
