Auditing Quantity Surveyor – Executive Commercial Audit | Not a generic site QS | Look beyond routine project reports to audit costs & subcon claims | Direct commercial advisor to President.

What you will do: -Executive audit role, not a generic site QS: Look beyond surface reporting. -Review project costs, subcon payments, variations, claims & supporting docs. -Interrogate commercial controls to identify risks, discrepancies & improvements. -Deliver objective audit reports and independent risk assessments to C-suite.

Experience you need: -QS degree with commercial audit or internal audit experience. -Ability to look beyond standard reports and scrutinize supporting paperwork. -Expertise in subcon procurement, claims, variations, and final accounts. -Confidence to challenge project reporting and present facts to C-suite.

Nice to have: -Exposure to data centres, cleanrooms, or complex industrial builds.
