Lead Major infra Projects / Fast-Track Management / Mentor Sub-Team / Tier-1 Infrastructure Leader / KL-Based Role

Why you should apply: * Step into team leadership under direct Technical Manager mentorship. * Build and lead an elevated infrastructure sub-team over time. * Gain high-visibility ownership on major regional rail transit projects.

What you will do: Drive structural review and technical coordination for major elevated rail packages. * Review and coordinate structural calculations and detailed engineering drawings. * Interface directly between head office design and site operations. * Develop comprehensive method statements and analyze site quality metrics. * Lead external design consultants and site subcontractors during delivery. * Maintain master documentation registers and enforce engineering quality standards.

Experience you need: Targeting senior structural engineers ready for rapid line management transition. * 5 to 6 years of civil structural engineering experience. * Proven background in elevated rail design and viaduct structures. * Prior experience working within C&S civil structural consultancies. * Clear technical communication skills for senior external stakeholder management. * Strong analytical mindset for solving complex structural engineering problems. * Demonstrated readiness to mentor and guide junior engineering talent.

Nice to have / Bonus: * Prior exposure to precast box girders or launching gantries.
