# Senior Risk Business Partner **Location: Hong Kong | Company: Hytech**

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Risk Business Partner to join our Risk team and serve as the primary point of contact for external sales partners.

You will connect sales partners with internal Risk and Trading teams, translating business needs into actionable discussions and communicating risk considerations clearly. You will own enquiries and escalations, coordinate responses and drive issues through to resolution.

We welcome candidates from banking, CFD brokerage and the cryptocurrency industry, particularly those with experience in Sales Trading, Institutional Sales or similar markets-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main representative of the Risk team when engaging with external sales partners, owning day-to-day communication and follow-up. - Understand sales partners’ client needs, trading activities and commercial requests, and work with internal teams to assess appropriate solutions. - Coordinate with Risk, Trading and Dealing teams on enquiries relating to pricing, execution, liquidity, trading conditions and client flows. - Communicate risk policies, trading arrangements and relevant decisions clearly, ensuring sales partners understand the rationale and next steps. - Manage trading-related escalations, align stakeholders on actions and follow through until issues are resolved. - Balance commercial needs with risk management requirements, escalating matters that require further review or approval. - Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to communication, workflows and service delivery. - Maintain clear records of key requests, decisions and outstanding actions.

What We Are Looking For: - Relevant experience in Sales Trading, Institutional Sales, Trading Services or a similar markets-facing role within banking, CFD brokerage or the cryptocurrency industry. - A solid understanding of trading products, client flows, pricing, liquidity and execution across one or more of the following: FX, CFDs, derivatives or digital assets. - Experience managing relationships with sales teams, institutional clients or external business partners. - Ability to understand commercial priorities and work effectively with Risk, Trading and Dealing stakeholders. - Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment when handling sensitive discussions and escalations. - A proactive approach, strong ownership and the ability to manage competing priorities. - Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin to support regular communication with English- and Mandarin-speaking sales partners and internal stakeholders.
