  • Work with a cross functional team (mechatronics, systems, software, firmware, and operations teams) to design robust electrical systems
  • Work with contract manufacturers to ensure efficient manufacturing and high quality products.
  • Design for compliance with UL, ISO, IEC, and NFPA standards
  • Test new designs on the bench and in-system to ensure function and performance
  • Lead teams in safety and standards compliant work with electronics, training others to work using safe practices and procedures
  • Impact the company’s overall performance by contributing to a positive work culture, encouraging good engineering practices, and helping to create and improve robust engineering workflows and processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience designing for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), with a focus on radiated emissions compliance
  • Experience with electro-mechanical integration of PCBAs, including designs with heatsinked components
  • Experience implementing self-test features and defining production test processes
  • Experience with industrial communications protocols (CAN, Ethernet, RS485, SPI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with automation and control equipment (motor control, PLCs, sensors, etc.)
  • Expert in schematic capture and layout for PCBs
  • Expert in PCBA design validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
  • Proficient in PCBA development tools such as Altium or Cadence
  • Proficient in utilizing common electrical lab equipment (signal generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Experience with robotics, motors, and other electromechanical components
  • Experience with high volume PCBA design and manufacturing, board level component selection, bring-up, and test
  • Not afraid of robots

  • The ability to solve challenging problems with a skilled, dedicated and friendly multi-disciplinary team
  • A balanced, highly collaborative work environment

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
