Zur Verstärkung unseres Tech Teams suchen zum sofortigen Start einen Senior Engineer. Du wirst Teil eines kleinen, erfahrenen Teams und übernimmst weitreichende Verantwortung für geschäftskritische Lösungen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst und betreibst zuverlässige, wartbare Software.
  • Du übernimmst wichtige Projekte von der Problemdefinition bis zur Umsetzung und zum laufenden Betrieb.
  • Du hinterfragst Annahmen, erkennst Risiken und übersetzt geschäftliche und produktbezogene Anforderungen in wirkungsvolle, pragmatische technische Lösungen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Produktteam, der Geschäftsführung sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen.
  • Du unterstützt andere Entwickler und hilfst dabei, unsere technischen Standards und Arbeitsweisen weiterzuentwickeln.

Dein Profil

Anforderungen:

  • Du kommunizierst ausgezeichnet auf Englisch und kannst komplexe Themen technischen wie nicht-technischen Zielgruppen klar vermitteln.
  • Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, denkst kritisch, setzt klare Prioritäten und treibst Themen eigenverantwortlich bis zum Ergebnis voran. Dabei bist du neugierig und motiviert, dir fehlendes Wissen selbstständig anzueignen.
  • Du verfügst über ein solides Fundament in der Softwareentwicklung und praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und im Betrieb von Produktivsystemen.
  • Du kannst und möchtest überwiegend vor Ort in unserem Münchner Büro arbeiten.

Von Vorteil:

  • Du verfügst über professionelle Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Erfahrung in FinTech, Finanzdienstleistungen oder einem anderen regulierten Umfeld.
  • Kenntnisse in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, AWS, Docker, Node.js, React, GraphQL, Serverless- oder ereignisgesteuerten Architekturen.
  • Erfahrung in einem kleinen Team mit breitem individuellem Verantwortungsbereich.

Du musst nicht jede genannte Technologie oder Branche kennen. Lernbereitschaft, Verantwortungsübernahme und klare Kommunikation sind uns wichtiger als ein perfekt passender Lebenslauf.
