  • Build and lead a globally connected organization, developing talent, strengthening regional accountability, and aligning Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Service.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the product line.

You bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant leadership experience within industrial equipment, process equipment, rotating equipment, bulk material handling, flow control, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a global product line, business unit, or industrial equipment business with accountability for growth, profitability, and business performance.
  • Proven success scaling an industrial equipment business and expanding commercial operations across multiple international markets.
  • Strong experience in product lifecycle management, product portfolio optimization, rationalization, standardization, and modular product platform strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex engineered product offerings, reduce customization, and improve operational scalability.
  • Experience leading global sales, international market expansion, channel development, and regional commercial organizations.
  • Proven ability to develop aftermarket, service, equipment upgrade, and installed-base revenue opportunities.
  • Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Service.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing strategies, margin management, investment analysis, and strategic business planning.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
