Estamos esperando a sua inscrição.Vem com a gente transformar vidas! 💛Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar lançamentos contábeis, classificações e análises das operações financeiras, patrimoniais e operacionais da empresa.Executar e revisar conciliações contábeis de contas patrimoniais e de resultado, identificando e providenciando a regularização de divergências.Participar dos processos de fechamento contábil mensal, trimestral e anual, garantindo a integridade e a tempestividade das informações.Analisar saldos contábeis, composições de contas e variações patrimoniais e de resultado, identificando inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria.Efetuar análises e contabilizações de provisões, apropriações, depreciações, amortizações, despesas antecipadas e demais operações pertinentes.Apoiar a elaboração das demonstrações contábeis, incluindo Balanço Patrimonial, Demonstração do Resultado do Exercício (DRE) e demais relatórios aplicáveis.Realizar a análise e a conciliação de contas relacionadas a clientes, fornecedores, estoques, imobilizado, folha de pagamento, tributos e demais áreas da empresa.Assegurar a correta aplicação das normas brasileiras de contabilidade e dos procedimentos contábeis internos.Preparar documentos, relatórios e informações para atendimento a auditorias internas e externas, fiscalizações e demais solicitações corporativas.Apoiar a apuração e a conferência de informações necessárias às obrigações acessórias contábeis e fiscais, em conjunto com as áreas responsáveis.Analisar e acompanhar os indicadores contábeis, contribuindo para a confiabilidade das informações gerenciais.Interagir com as áreas Financeira, Fiscal, Controladoria, Recursos Humanos e demais departamentos para esclarecimento de divergências e alinhamento de informações.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos contábeis, propondo ajustes, padronizações e otimizações dos controles internos.Manter organizados e atualizados os documentos, relatórios e arquivos de suporte aos registros contábeis.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior COMPLETO em Ciências Contábeis; Experiência em rotinas contábeis e processo de fechamento; Conhecimento das normas brasileiras de contabilidade e da legislação aplicável;Conhecimento em conciliações contábeis, análise de balanços e elaboração de demonstrações contábeis;Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Experiência com sistemas ERP (TOTVS será diferencial) e sistemas contábeis;Desejável conhecimento em apuração de custo de produção.Informações adicionais🍽️ Vale Alimentação + Vale Refeição;
