Há 89 anos, a Fundação José Silveira mantém o olhar voltado para o futuro, reinventando suas práticas em um mundo imprevisível, sem perder de vista suas raízes sólidas naquilo que é a origem do propósito: cuidar da saúde e melhorar a qualidade de vida das pessoas.Com isso, buscamos pessoas conectadas ao novo que venham contribuir com o constante crescimento e a perpetuação do nosso legado.Junte-se ao nosso propósito!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSua rotina de trabalho será: Informar-se sobre a programação de cirurgias/partos previstos, ao iniciar o expediente, e certificar-se quanto às condições de funcionamento das salas e as disponibilidades de instrumental, materiais e medicamentos necessários, tomando as providências que se fizerem necessárias;Preparar as salas cirúrgicas/obstétrica segundo cada caso específico e provê-las dos materiais necessários à realização dos atos previstos;Receber o paciente e conferir pulseira com os identificadores certificando-se de que este está devidamente preparado, e providenciar a sua acomodação/posicionamento na mesa cirúrgica/obstétrica;Aplicar checklist de cirurgia segura/ parto seguro;Auxiliar o anestesista no ato anestésico, orientando e apoiando o paciente;Assegurar o apoio de enfermagem requerido pela equipe médica/anestésica durante e após o ato cirúrgico/obstétrico;Monitorar o paciente no SRPA, prestando cuidados específicos;Providenciar o encaminhamento do paciente para o Centro de Internação ou Hospital Dia, quando liberado pelo anestesista que o assiste;Acompanhar o paciente quando encaminhado para a UCI Adulto;Articular-se com a Farmácia e Central de Materiais Esterilizados, com vistas a assegurar a reposição dos materiais que se fizerem necessários;Informar sobre as carências observadas em equipamentos e instalações e acionar a manutenção, se necessário;Receber o integrador químico de um membro da equipe médica, certificando-se que houve mudança de cor, e anexá-lo ao prontuário. Caso não haja mudança de cor, o instrumental não deverá ser utilizado e ser realizado a sua troca;Levantar dados cirúrgicos/obstétricos para elaboração da estatística mensal com base no fluxo de registros;Realizar notificação das ocorrências referente a assistência à saúde;Assegurar os primeiros cuidados necessários ao recém-nascido, incluindo sua identificação e encaminhá-lo ao Berçário ou UCI Neonatal, conforme procedimento específico, obedecendo protocolos institucionais;Carimbar e assinar a nota de sala, após a auditoria da mesma, liberando-a para digitação;Conferir a digitação da nota de sala, protocolando-a para o envio do documento sempre que necessário;Disponibilizar a sala para a higienização e conferir ao término;Assegurar a montagem da sala para o procedimento subsequente;Realizar/certificar-se da identificação, pesagem e acondicionamento das peças cirúrgicas/placentas, em formol, retiradas do paciente, e o seu encaminhamento para exames diagnóstico ou sepultamento;Preencher a Declaração de Nascidos Vivos para o encaminhamento junto com o recém-nascido.
