Há 89 anos, a Fundação José Silveira mantém o olhar voltado para o futuro, reinventando suas práticas em um mundo imprevisível, sem perder de vista suas raízes sólidas naquilo que é a origem do propósito: cuidar da saúde e melhorar a qualidade de vida das pessoas.Com isso, buscamos pessoas conectadas ao novo que venham contribuir com o constante crescimento e a perpetuação do nosso legado.Junte-se ao nosso propósito!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de afastados e restritos;Controle Plano de Conservação Auditiva;Controle e monitoramento da sinistralidade;Gestão de terceiros (Avaliação de PCMSO e ASO);Lançamentos dos eventos de SST na plataforma SOC;Controle do ponto da equipe;Controle e planejamento das convocações para periódico, admissional, demissional, mudança de função, retorno ao trabalho;Realizar a gestão e supervisão do ambulatório e da equipe, juntamente com documento obrigatórios (alvará de funcionamento, responsabilidade técnica);Primeiros socorros, atendimentos de urgência, emergência e assistencial;Diálogos de saúde;Desenvolvimento e execução de campanhas em saúde durante todo o ano;Elaboração e apresentação dos indicadores em saúde;Atendimento aos acidentes de trabalho, participação dos boletins de ocorrência de SHE e abertura de CAT;Gestão de estoque e compras de material medico (controle de farmácia) e de escritório para o setor;Lançamento de atestado médicos, acompanhamento dos indicadores de absenteísmo;Gestão de crônicos e lançamento em planilha com linhas de cuidado;Encaminhamento para INSS e acompanhamento durante afastamento para evitar o limbo previdenciário;Emissão de relatórios de atendimentos realizados e indicador de alcance das campanhas em saúde;Elaboração de procedimentos operacionais e padronização das atividades realizadas;Acompanhamento das colaboradoras e dependentes gestantes no programa Reforçar Laços;Treinamento de integração para novos colaboradores;Treinamento da equipe da limpeza com relação ao descarte correto de materiais e forma correta da limpeza do ambulatório;Acompanhamento dos atendimentos da APS;Controle de escala (médicos, nutricionistas, psicólogas e fisioterapeuta)Conferência de faturas de exames e divisão por centro de custo para autorização de pagamento;Campanhas de vacinação: Coordenação de campanhas de vacinação (Gripe)Acompanhamento de empregados em processo pós cirúrgico e em tratamento com médico especialista orientando sobre relatório medico.Envio de carta para a Vigilância sanitária solicitando visita de inspeção;Condução de colaborador até o Hospital em caso de sinistro GRAVE;Convocar colaboradores afastados para o retorno ao trabalho;Encaminhar e-mail ao RH com informação do AFASTAMENTO (Início do afastamento) para atestados acima de 10 dias;Apresentação do FORÚM SHE – Indicadores do Periódico anual;Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Enfermagem e especialização em enfermagem do Trabalho.Experiência comprovada.Informações adicionaisCarga horária: 220h/mêsHorário: Segunda a Sexta - 07h às 17hPericulosidade: 30% salário baseTransporte POOLAlimentação no refeitório
