Há 89 anos, a Fundação José Silveira mantém o olhar voltado para o futuro, reinventando suas práticas em um mundo imprevisível, sem perder de vista suas raízes sólidas naquilo que é a origem do propósito: cuidar da saúde e melhorar a qualidade de vida das pessoas.Com isso, buscamos pessoas conectadas ao novo que venham contribuir com o constante crescimento e a perpetuação do nosso legado.Junte-se ao nosso propósito!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atividades técnicas de apoio às rotinas laboratoriais e hemoterápicas da unidade;Receber, identificar, preparar e processar amostras biológicas, garantindo a rastreabilidade e a segurança dos procedimentos;Auxiliar na execução de exames laboratoriais e imuno-hematológicos, conforme habilitação profissional e protocolos institucionais;Apoiar as atividades de coleta, processamento e armazenamento de amostras sanguíneas;Preparar materiais, reagentes e equipamentos utilizados nas rotinas laboratoriais;Realizar controles de qualidade e registros dos procedimentos executados;Monitorar as condições de conservação e armazenamento de materiais e amostras;Cumprir as normas de biossegurança, controle de infecção e gerenciamento de resíduos;Zelar pela organização, limpeza e conservação do ambiente de trabalho e dos equipamentos;Executar outras atividades compatíveis com a função, conforme orientação da supervisão técnica.

Requisitos e qualificações Curso Técnico em Análises Clínicas, Patologia Clínica ou formação técnica equivalente reconhecida, com registro ativo no Conselho;Conhecimento em técnicas de coleta, identificação e processamento de amostras biológicas;Conhecimento em biossegurança e boas práticas laboratoriais;Conhecimento básico em hematologia e imuno-hematologia;Disponibilidade para atuar em Brumado/BA.Será considerado um diferencial:Experiência em laboratórios de análises clínicas, hemocentros ou serviços de hemoterapia;Conhecimento em procedimentos imuno-hematológicos e rotinas de banco de sangue.
