A Fundação São Paulo, mantenedora da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) e do Centro Universitário Assunção (UNIFAI), está em busca de um(a) profissional para integrar sua equipe como Atendente de Audiovisual.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrientar o público nos ambientes de convivência do campus, contribuindo para boas condições de trabalho e estudo, conforme as diretrizes estabelecidas.Encaminhar à Direção de Campus e à PROCRC as situações específicas que necessitem de soluções imediatas.Acompanhar as solicitações de professores e alunos relacionadas ao uso de recursos materiais, audiovisuais, infraestrutura e limpeza.Atuar em parceria com a equipe de auxiliares administrativos, apoiando a abertura e o fechamento dos espaços solicitados, entre outras demandas.Acompanhar a realização de eventos, palestras e aulas nos respectivos andares.Prestar auxílio às pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de limpeza, segurança, manutenção e audiovisual.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo.Experiência com atendimento ao público.

Conhecimentos básicos de Word e Excel.Conhecimento do Pacote Office.Informações adicionaisHorário de Trabalho: SEG à SEX | 15h30 às 23h30 e SAB | 12h15 às 17h30Local de Trabalho: R.
