A Fundação São Paulo, mantenedora da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) e do Centro Universitário Assunção (UNIFAI), está em busca de um(a) Auxiliar Administrativo(a) II para atuar na área de Compras e Serviços – Almoxarifado.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar atividades de apoio administrativo e logístico do Almoxarifado;Apoiar os processos de recebimento, controle, expedição e entrega de materiais;Realizar digitalização, organização e arquivamento de documentos;Preparar, conferir e lançar dados em sistemas informatizados;Realizar atendimento ao público, atender ligações telefônicas, organizar agendamentos e prestar informações;Contribuir para a organização e a eficiência dos processos administrativos da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência com atendimento ao público;Conhecimentos em informática, preferencialmente Excel em nível intermediário;Conhecimento do Pacote Office 365, especialmente Outlook e Word.

Excel: criação de planilhas, fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas e dashboards;Conhecimento em sistemas ERP, como TOTVS RM, SAP ou Protheus.Informações adicionaisHorário de Trabalho: SEG à SEX | 08h00 às 17h00Local de Trabalho: R.
