Fundación Cristo Vive, institución comprometida con la superación de la pobreza y la promoción de oportunidades para personas en situación de vulnerabilidad, se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Monitor/a Social para desempeñarse durante fines de semana y días festivos.

La persona seleccionada se integrará al equipo del Área de Calle, específicamente en una Residencia para personas en situación de calle, ubicada en la comuna de Recoleta.

Buscamos a una persona responsable, comprometida y con vocación de servicio, que tenga interés en contribuir al acompañamiento y apoyo de personas en situación de calle y que valore el trabajo colaborativo como parte fundamental de su labor.

Funciones principales:

  • Tratar directamente con los participantes, administrar los quehaceres del dispositivo y las actividades de éste.
  • Entregar alimentación a los participantes.
  • Mantener el recinto en orden y limpio, función que debe ser desarrollada en conjunto con los participantes del dispositivo.
  • Acompañar a los participantes en su estadía, incentivando los procesos de cambio y superación personal, fomentando el acceso a servicios disponibles y la autorrealización.
  • Realizar intervenciones individuales y grupales en situación de crisis y conflictos que se puedan presentar.
  • Liderar el Plan de Gestión de Riesgos en caso de ocurrir algún siniestro durante el turno.

Requisitos

  • Título Técnico en Trabajo Social.
  • Contar con experiencia previa de trabajo en área de calle o en el trabajo con personas vulnerables.
  • Persona responsable, proactiva y con capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y trato respetuoso.
  • Capacidad para responder adecuadamente ante situaciones imprevistas y seguir protocolos establecidos.

Beneficios

  • Ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y respetuoso.
  • Jornada de trabajo los días sábado, domingo y días festivos de 13:00 hasta 21:30 horas, con 30 minutos de colación cada día.
  • Renta $31.250 bruto por jornada efectivamente trabajada.
