Tus tareas

Buscamos una persona que nos ayude a aumentar el impacto y el reconocimiento de Plan International España en la sociedad. Serás el punto de referencia en la relación con los medios de comunicación, online y offline, y tendrás un papel clave en la visibilidad de nuestros proyectos y campañas.

Las principales funciones:

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de comunicación para medios, adaptando mensajes y materiales a cada canal.
  • Redactar notas de prensa y dosieres de comunicación.
  • Gestionar entrevistas con portavoces de la organización y organizar viajes de prensa.
  • Detectar oportunidades de posicionamiento en medios y mantener un contacto habitual y de confianza con periodistas.
  • Seguir la actualidad de los medios online y offline y elaborar el clipping de la cobertura orgánica.
  • Coordinar la comunicación y la visibilidad de proyectos financiados por donantes.
  • Colaborar en la creación y redacción de contenidos digitales para redes sociales y la web oficial.
  • Representar a Plan International España en grupos de trabajo externos.
  • Supervisar agencias de comunicación.
  • Colaborar con el resto de áreas de la organización para dar respuesta a las necesidades de comunicación que surjan.

Tu perfil

  • Experiencia previa en comunicación, relaciones con medios o gabinetes de prensa.
  • Inglés con nivel alto, tanto hablado como escrito.
  • Excelente capacidad de redacción y de adaptación del mensaje a distintos públicos y medios.
  • Iniciativa, autonomía y ganas de proponer ideas nuevas.
  • Habilidades en relaciones públicas y facilidad para generar confianza con interlocutores diversos.
  • Valorable: experiencia en comunicación de causas sociales, ONG o proyectos de cooperación internacional.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en nuestras oficinas de Madrid al menos 3 días a la semana.
