THE ROLE ⚡

📍 London (Hybrid) | 🤝 3 days in the office | 💰 Competitive Salary + Benefits

You’ll make a real difference for our customers and your team from day one. We believe the fastest way to grow is by doing, so we give you the ownership to run with things and see real-time results.

- Strategic growth: Lead the commercial expansion of the credit cards direct marketing programme by defining the end to end strategy, commercial frameworks, and channel targets to scale acquisition

- Performance and ROI: Own commercial outcomes with a focus on increasing volumes and reducing customer acquisition cost through robust performance reporting, forecasting, and in-flight optimisation

- Data and modelling innovation: Identify new data sources and modelling approaches to enhance targeting, while designing structured tests to validate uplift and partner with analytics to implement improvements

- Operational delivery: Manage the end to end operational execution and vendor relationships, ensuring all activity meets compliance, data protection, and risk standards in line with internal policies

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🌱

- Proven experience developing and documenting prospect direct marketing strategies to drive commercial growth.

- Familiarity with credit card acquisition or similar financial services products.

- Ability to define unit economics and commercial frameworks, ensuring the channel aligns with broader finance and product ambitions.

- Experience in sourcing third party data and implementing new modelling approaches to improve programme performance and ROI.

- A track record of acting as a single point of accountability while aligning senior stakeholders across data, marketing, and finance functions.

- Able to proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline your daily tasks and improve your personal productivity.

- Confident using approved AI tools safely and effectively to enhance your output and find a better way of working.
