Du hast

  • deine Ausbildung (Berufsausbildung oder Studium) erfolgreich abgeschlossen und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb gesammelt
  • echtes Vertriebs-Feuer im Blut: Du liebst es, Menschen zu überzeugen, hast Spaß am direkten Kundenkontakt und gehst ohne Scheu ans Telefon – jedes Gespräch ist für dich eine neue Chance
  • eine mitreißende Persönlichkeit, begeisterst dein Gegenüber mit Energie, Empathie und baust schnell Vertrauen auf
  • eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, behältst auch bei komplexen Themen den Überblick und arbeitest dich sicher in neue Inhalte ein
  • Lust, Teil eines starken Teams zu werden, das Erfolge gemeinsam feiert, sich gegenseitig unterstützt und zusammen wächst

Bei uns wirst du

  • den Vertrieb unserer Marken truffls, Absolventa, Azubi.de und Azubiyo bei Media- und Personalmarketing-Agenturen aktiv vorantreiben - von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis hin zur langfristigen Kundenbindung
  • Neukund:innen mit starken Präsentationen, Webinaren und persönlichen Terminen überzeugen
  • gezielt Kontakte auf Entscheider:innen-Ebene aufbauen und nachhaltige Vertriebspartnerschaften entwickeln
  • deine Vertriebskompetenz souverän einsetzen - von aktivem Zuhören über professionelle Einwandbehandlung bis hin zum sicheren Abschluss
  • verlässliche Umsatz- und Pipeline-Forecasts erstellen und daraus gezielte Vertriebsmaßnahmen ableiten
  • deine Aktivitäten transparent und strukturiert in Salesforce dokumentieren
