På Egeskolens små hold søger vi en psykolog, der med sin faglighed kan understøtte elevernes trivsel, udvikling og deltagelse i skolen. Du bliver en vigtig del af skolens arbejde og får en central rolle i samarbejdet mellem skole, PPR og myndighedsområdet.

Dine primære opgaver

  • Supervision og faglig sparring til medarbejderteams hver 3. uge.
  • Rådgivning om specialpædagogiske indsatser og elevforløb.
  • Sparring og vejledning til forældre.
  • Afgrænsede samtaleforløb med elever med fokus på trivsel, mestring og følelsesregulering.
  • Psykologfaglig sparring til ledelsen.
  • Deltagelse i tværfaglige møder med PPR, myndighed og øvrige samarbejdspartnere.

  • Kan omsætte psykologfaglig viden til praksis i samarbejde med medarbejdere og ledelse.
