At Fury Ford of Waconia, we’re hiring a Light Duty Technician who’s ready to build their skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a long-term career. If you’ve got the basics down and want the opportunity to level up — this is where it happens.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections)
  • Complete light repairs with efficiency and accuracy
  • Diagnose basic vehicle concerns
  • Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors
  • Maintain a strong pace while delivering quality work

What You Bring

  • Previous technician or lube tech experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver’s license
