◇主な業務内容

ディストリビューター現場で培った営業力・市場感覚を活かし、新規サプライヤーの獲得と取引拡大を通じて、

収益・仕入れ額の最大化を推進していただきます。

  1. 新規サプライヤーの開拓・取引拡大
  • 電話、メール、対面訪問、出張を通じた新規サプライヤーのアプローチと獲得
  • 現場感覚を活かして組織内のキーパーソン（意思決定者）を迅速に見極め、戦略的な交渉と信頼関係構築をリード
  1. 市場情報の共有と調達コンサルティング
  • ハードウェア・電子部品市場の最新動向（需給・価格・リードタイム等）をサプライヤーと協議し、サプライチェーンの効率化と相互利益を最大化
  1. 対面アプローチと現場訪問
  • 必要に応じて国内サプライヤーへの訪問・対面交渉を実施
  • 国内バイヤーと協業し、既存クライアントの複雑または大型案件をコンサル、リード

＜必須＞

経験:

日本市場を対象とした法人営業（新規開拓）の経験（目安5年～１５年）

電子部品・半導体ディストリビューターまたは商社での営業 経験

語学:

英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力（読み書き必須。社内での会話・コミュニケーションが中心）

日本語：ネイティブレベル

人物像:

  • 前向きかつ主体的・柔軟に変化に対応し、成果に向けて粘り強く行動できる方
  • チームワークを重視し、誠実なコミュニケーションができる方

正社員 試用期間3カ月 ※試用期間中の待遇に変更はありません

◇給与

【月収】 基本給 60万～65万円 + 上限なしのインセンティブ（コミッション）

入社時の想定年収 年収765万円～1500万円以上
