Aufgaben

  • Ableitung funktionaler Lösungskonzepte aus Geschäftsanforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Definition von MVPs, Priorisierung des Scopes und Ausarbeitung der Product Roadmap in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Owner, Business Project Manager sowie Spezialisten aus Business und IT
  • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in Epics, User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien inklusive Leitung von Backlog\-Refinement\-Sessions
  • Erstellung des Project Delivery Plans sowie Verantwortung für den Product Backlog und die Steuerung des Scrum Teams
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Sprintplanung, Präsentation von Sprint\-Ergebnissen und Product Demos, transparente Kommunikation gegenüber Stakeholdern und Verantwortung für das Projektbudget

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung, Steuerung oder Koordination komplexer Business\-/IT\-Projekte
  • Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Scrum Master in einer vergleichbaren Delivery\-nahen sowie fundierte Praxis in der agilen IT\-Entwicklung, Kenntnisse im Management sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Moderationskompetenz in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Strukturierte, umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einer hohen Eigeninitiative
