DEINE MISSION BEI UNS

Für unsere Neugründung innerhalb der FUTRUE Gruppe suchen wir ab sofort einen Director Brain-Computer Interface Development (w/m/d), der mit uns bis 2030 die führende Generation von Brain-Computer Interfaces entwickelt.

Wir möchten Gelähmten Bewegung, Blinden das Sehen und Stummen ihre Stimme zurückgeben, mit dem Ziel, das Potential des menschlichen Gehirns grundlegend zu erweitern.

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Du entwickelst bahnbrechende Produktideen und übernimmst die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für deren Umsetzung.

- Du führst internationale Entwicklungsteams und verantwortest gleichzeitig Budgets und Zeitpläne mehrerer Entwicklungsprojekte.

- Du baust Fertigungsstätten auf, in denen die weltweit besten Talente die fortschrittlichsten Brain-Computer Interfaces entwickeln.

DEIN PROFIL

- Du brennst dafür, in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit schnellen Entscheidungswegen die nächste große Innovation im HealthTech-Bereich mitzugestalten.

- Du hast komplexe Projekte bereits nachweislich erfolgreich geleitet. Ein Hintergrund in der Pharma- oder Medizintechnikbranche ist nicht erforderlich.

- Du verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer Top-Tier-Unternehmensberatung oder einem vergleichbar dynamischen Umfeld.

- Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1).
