Wir suchen ab sofort einen Accountant für E-Commerce Operations (w/m/d), der mit Zahlenverständnis, Prozessdenken und Teamgeist unsere Payment-Prozesse optimiert und dafür sorgt, dass alle Transaktionen korrekt laufen. DEINE AUFGABEN

- Du fungierst als wichtiger Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) für Abrechnungen und alle Payment-relevanten Themen im Rahmen unserer E-Commerce Aktivitäten und E-Shops.

- Du betreust als Accountant die Anfragen der E-Commerce Kunden mit Bezug auf die Debitorenbuchhaltung (Reklamation und Eskalation).

- Du stellst sicher, dass die E-Commerce Transaktionen korrekt in unserem ERP-System abgebildet werden.

- Du verantwortest den Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung aller Payment Reportings (z.B. Zahlartennutzung, Abbruchquoten, PayPal-Klärfälle).

- Du übernimmst darüber hinaus spannende Sonderaufgaben und Projekttätigkeiten.

DEIN PROFIL

- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne mit relevanter Weiterbildung.

- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung in der Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhaltung und bringst Kenntnisse in der Debitorenbuchhaltung mit.

- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen und hast idealerweise bereits mit SAP Business One gearbeitet.

- Du besitzt eine große Affinität zu Zahlen, hast Spaß daran, neue Vorgänge zu erfassen sowie zu implementieren und zeichnest Dich durch ein hohes Maß an Organisationsfähigkeit sowie ein freundliches Auftreten aus.

- Du bringst Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (mind. C1-Level) und gute Englischkenntnissee (mind. B2-Level) mit.
