¿Quieres ser parte de una planta industrial desde cero y liderar un equipo clave en el sector energético?

La empresa, referente en el sector de la valorización de residuos y las energías limpias, está formando su equipo técnico desde cero. Por ello, buscamos profesionales con experiencia como electromecánicos, electricistas o mecánicos que deseen estabilidad, desarrollo y la oportunidad de crecer desde la puesta en marcha de la planta.

En esta ocasión, seleccionamos un Jefe de Turno Industrial con capacidad de organización, liderazgo y visión de mejora continua, responsable de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la planta de valorización material de residuos sólidos no peligrosos durante su turno.

Responsabilidades:

  • Organizar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a las tareas del equipo de operarios.
  • Asegurar una correcta gestión y liderazgo del personal bajo su cargo.
  • Actuar como referente técnico del turno, brindando apoyo y orientación al equipo.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
  • Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento de la planta y sus sistemas de tratamiento de residuos.
  • Controlar la operación de los equipos y maquinaria de clasificación y valorización.
  • Ajustar los parámetros de proceso para garantizar la eficiencia y estabilidad operativa.
  • Detectar y notificar incidencias o desviaciones en la operación.
  • Implementar y coordinar medidas correctivas frente a desviaciones o anomalías detectadas.
  • Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos en línea con los objetivos de circularidad y sostenibilidad de la planta.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

  • Formación técnica: Ingeniería Química, Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica o similar, o bien FP superior en rama industrial con experiencia consolidada.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión de turnos o equipos en entornos industriales.
  • Conocimientos en operación y control de plantas industriales de proceso.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con protocolos de seguridad y normativa medioambiental.

Se valorará:

  • Experiencia previa en plantas de tratamiento de residuos, valorización, reciclaje o similares.
  • Conocimientos en procesos de pirólisis, gasificación o transformación de materiales.
  • Experiencia en entornos de mejora continua (Lean, 5S, TPM, etc.).
  • Habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo de equipos.
