  • Develop a range of policy and advocacy documents, including reports, policy briefs, and amendments, in line with FCA’s focus areas.
  • Work with the Communications Team to develop effective messaging for policy documents and author articles, blog posts, presentations, and other relevant materials.
  • Participate in coalitions and projects related to the energy systems (e.g. EU geothermal policy)
  • Contribute to the organization of events that convene EU institutions, policymakers, innovators, and industry representatives, to advance impactful policy interventions.

  • At least 3-4 years of work experience.
  • Strong expertise in EU Electricity Market Design.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills to interpret complex technical data and translate it into policy recommendations.
  • Effective communication skills to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with experience in preparing policy documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work proactively and collaboratively in an international team and a dynamic environment, with a passion for driving positive change.
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
